OLMo 2

Dense decoder-only transformer whose distinguishing property is disclosure rather than structure: weights, training data, data-processing code and training code are all released, making it one of the few families where a third party can reproduce the run rather than only run the result. Revises the original OLMo with RMSNorm placement and initialisation changes aimed at training stability. Declared as model_type `olmo2`.
